Its Task & Purpose is Propaganda and Weakening America

The space carved out for military-approved "media outlets" is filled with agenda driven motivation that is much darker that simply chasing a bottom line whether it be the Air Force Times or the new rag, Task & Purpose.  T&P recently made the public suggestion that the nominee to Undersecretary of the Air Force, Matt Lohmeier, was fired from command for publicly criticizing superiors while he was in uniform.  The accusation suggests, of course, criticism that runs afoul of the UCMJ.

Anybody who has paid attention to Lohmeier knows that he takes great care to remain professional while sticking his head out against the powers attempting to weaken our military.

Agenda-driven character attacks are SOP for Task & Purpose and I have firsthand experience.  When I successfully sued then-Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, JoAnne Bass, for violating the First Amendment on social media in pursuit of her DEI agenda, Task & Purpose wrote an article about me that wasn't quite flattering.  I won't link to it because they don't deserve the click.  But the real kicker was that the T&P article author dragged up an irrelevant quote from a lying politician who I had years prior also beaten in court from a previous successful lawsuit against Washington State for violating the First Amendment.  When I contacted the T&P writer and made it clear that I had beat that politician in court and the court ruling showed the politician's claim about me was false, the T&P writer still kept the irrelevant and untrue quote about me in his article.

Task & Purpose is a propaganda outlet.  Its task and purpose is to weaken America through character attacks on those who actually care about America and seek to defend it.

Lohmeier has a great deal of credibility when it comes to caring about America and risking to defend it and so this T&P smear campaign against him is expected.  I'm eagerly awaiting our new Undersecretary assisting our service with a course correction.  As such, I would expect much more yellow journalistic barbs from Task & Purpose.
