Years After My Lawsuit the Border Patrol Surveils All American Drivers With Cameras

 

Fifteen years ago I sued Border Patrol agents for violating my rights by stopping me without suspicion of a crime and detaining me for half an hour.  Fortunately I refused to exit my vehicle so I was spared them destroying my property as they had done previously.  I'm a slow learner.  I burned about six figures of my own money trying to defend the Constitution in court by hoping the architects of the police state I had encountered would admit what they had created was unconstitutional.  The entire judiciary declined to hold themselves accountable with the exception of a single appellate judge who got it right but was in the minority.  Like I said, I'm a slow learner.  During all of this, lots of mouth-breathing boot lickers I knew held the position, "well, I never have a problem with them because I worship them and bow and scrape and don't care about the Constitution I'm paid to support."  But it turns out they have a problem with them now whether they know it or not.

The fascist organization within the Department of Homeland Security has expanded.  Here is what it is currently doing.

1.  Without a warrant or suspicion of a crime, tracks and logs the driving patterns of all Americans through cameras across the nation (the border was never really their thing as the flood of illegals has demonstrated, their real target has always been the American people themselves)

2.  Decides if an American's "patterns of life" are "suspicious."  If the term "patterns of life" sounds familiar to my three readers, it's the same thing we looked for when surveilling the enemy overseas.  So if you are driving to a new place instead of going from your residence to work, you might be flagged by the Border Patrol as "suspicious."  Don't let the fact that this warrantless surveillance violates the Constitution bother you, and don't lose too much sleep over you simply going to a new place raising "suspicion" since it's actually an improvement for the Border Patrol that there is *some* level of suspicion (that level being a moronic level for the average Border Patrol agent) given they've been operating checkpoints in the nation for decades and seizing people absent any suspicion at all.

3.  They then pass you as a target to local law enforcement so that sheriffs like those in the Bexar County Sheriffs Department in Texas, can whore themselves out to the federal government, remove the benefits of federalism, and advance the cause of tyranny at their local level.  Despite all the claims of sheriffs being of the people and a check on federal government, they're just lap dogs to the federal government carrying out unlawful operations because the federal government thinks their vehicular travel is suspicious.

4.  The local law enforcement then uses WhatsApp or Signal (to avoid FOIA law and transparency and keep their conversations from becoming known) to come up with a made up reason (a lie) for stopping you.  As in the case of the innocent American video above, they chose "weaving inside your lane" -- always a go to made up reason to violate the Constitution; the driver above had dash camera footage showing he didn't weave inside his lane but the boot-lickers will tell you the road is no place to argue the Constitution, you should instead wait for court after paying tons of money to then lose even when the court agrees with you, because of qualified immunity.

5.  The local law enforcement then stops you and can order you out of your vehicle and cuff you, thanks to the un-American ruling in Pennsylvania v. Mimms where the court says the safety of cops in bulletproof vests and armor and loaded with weapons is more important than a mere American citizen who pays their bills who is simply driving to the store in a t-shirt and flip flops.

6.  Then Border Patrol arrives with a specially trained dog (trained to alert when it knows its handler wants it to alert to give the pretext to search your car).  The Supreme Court consistently allows these dogs to provide "probable cause" for searches despite knowing the dog doesn't sniff for any particular offense (is it people, legal or not, hidden in the vehicles or is it drugs -- or a large amount of cash that government can steal using asset forfeiture without even charging for a crime?).  No matter, the dog knows what its handler wants and dutifully obeys much like a boot-licker.

7.  With the fake dog alert, the agents then rip your car apart looking for a reason to throw you in prison, or looking for large amount of cash to steal without charging you for a crime, and they're not gentle so expect damage as the guy in the video above suffered.

8.  After an hour or so of them not finding anything and destroying your vehicle, they tell you to have a good day and you get to collect your property strewn along the roadway, put it back in your vehicle and go about your way.

9.  You spend a ton of your own money to sue (unless your case gets picked up by one of the few remaining gems of America, the Institute for Justice) and then your case gets dismissed because the judges say "you're right, your rights and our supreme law was violated by the government actors, but you still lose because they have qualified immunity, good day to you."  And nothing changes except for the amount of savings in your bank account.

This is the absolute, crystalline, pure un-American police state that we live in.  It has gotten worse because most Americans do not value their constitutional rights and it is now at the point where even boot-lickers will be targeted and not escape the full dose.  Your bowing and scraping and subjugating yourself before your "bro" won't work in this situation.

Elon Adds New Feature -- Removes It After Showing DHS Account Run From Israel

I guess it makes sense since so much American taxpayer money goes to that foreign terrorist nation that operates our government.  So it shouldn't be surprising that the Department of Homeland Security's Twitter account is run out of there.  Oh, you thought they operated our homeland's security?  Silly you.

Elon quickly disabled the newly released profile-location feature.

Edit: as would be expected, the corporate media has kicked into gear calling this story a hoax and misinformation.  That's possible of course.  The logo does look pretty suspect.  But, as usual, that such a thing is so easily believable points to a real problem regardless.  When President Trump meets with an Israeli spy at the White House, a spy who sent Top Secret documents (including a thousand names of American intelligence operatives) to Israel which then sent them to the Soviet Union, well, it's kind of understandable.  A person could be led to believe Israel runs the DHS account knowing that when one of his cabinet members, Mike Waltz, was caught spying for Israel, Trump made him ambassador to the United Nations rather than having him charged with espionage.  It almost seems like Israel runs our CIA and our government, so running a website really doesn't seem like that much of a stretch.

I'm just waiting for the American flag to be lowered at the White House and replaced with, well, you know.

And yeah, turns out the DHS page was in fact operated out of Israel.  The nation that has literally, quite literally, conquered the United States and which all Americans are occupied and fleeced by.

In a video released on X, various politicians remind American service members that they have an obligation to refuse unlawful orders.  And while these politicians include the anti-American traitor, Senator Mark Kelly, and the un-American traitor, Senator Elissa Slotkin, the fact remains that their message is correct even though they don't believe it.  Senator Mark Kelly was all too eager to have the government use force to murder and imprison Americans who dared protest on January 6th while the FBI instigated minor law breaking and the CIA planted a pipe bomb.  He is one of the worst politicians to ever disgrace a uniform.

Senator Slotkin is a career CIA officer.  She worked in the defense establishment under President George W. Bush while he had the CIA unlawfully torture people, and she worked in the defense establishment under President Barack Obama while he was having the military unlawfully assassinate American citizens outside war zones, who were no imminent threat, without charge or trial.  But she is really concerned about unlawful orders these days despite her silence, and most likely complicity, back then.  And, of course, she advocated for government violence being used against American protestors on January 6th because, you know, she's really concerned about the Constitution.

But despite the absolute despicable nature of the messengers here, there are plenty of unlawful orders the military should be refusing.  The strikes on Iran, on behalf of Trump's foreign owners, were unlawful as they were not authorized by Congress.  The same goes for his unlawful strikes on Venezuelan boats.

Their video says they will have your back if you refuse orders.  I can assure you, they will not.  Military members are nothing more than pawns to these scum on both sides of the pretend aisle.  But that should not factor when it comes to your obligation to refuse unlawful orders.  Nobody will have your back.  There will be no ticker tape parades.  Your peers will turn on you.  Faithful public service ain't no chump game.

The traitor currently in the White House, Donald Trump, is now calling for these politicians to be arrested and hung in yet another display of his unfitness for office.

But this is all theater.  Trump and these Democrats are working for the same awful people who actually own our government.  The goal is to get all Americans to consent to the full force of government being used against the American people in contravention of the Constitution.  Under Biden, the so-called Left gave its consent as it called for American protestors to be killed and imprisoned on January 6th, and while Biden labeled Trump supporters domestic enemies while Marines stood at attention behind him.  Then a fake power change through the facade of elections came about, and now consent is being gathered from the so-called Right using the justifiable hatred so-called conservatives have for the evil people on the Left who want to violate their rights.  The end result is most of the country consenting to its government being used in the worst ways to violate the rights of Americans.  Each fake "side" will just differ on who they think should bear the brunt, because they're too stupid and too unprincipled to realize that those wielding and controlling our government see their two sides as the same.  It's just theater to divide the people up and use their hatred against each other to grant them the unconstitutional powers they seek.

But don't worry, they'll let Americans on both sides keep their prejudices.  When the train makes its departure to the camps, they'll have one car labeled "Democrats" and one labeled "Republicans" but the train will still stop at the same destination.

None of this should matter to service members though.  Military members need to remember they serve all Americans (even the gullible and easily manipulated ones which make up a majority near one hundred percent) and they need to remember their obligation is to the Constitution and not a political party or individual.  The depraved politicians in government do not factor.  Ignore them.  Do your job.  Do it right.  Let the chips fall where they may should you need to refuse an unlawful order.

Joe Rogan Makes it Clear He's a Deep State/Israel Plant

 

Some serious propaganda jujutsu right here starting at about 22:10.  Theo Von brings up how people are starting to see those who are controlling them and Joe goes right into the discussion of how magical corporate owned Internet companies like YouTube (owned by Google) and Spotify are some kind of mystical alternative to "lamestream media."  As if corporations that own digital companies cannot be controlled by the same forces that own CNN, Fox News, etc.  It's an idiotic claim that Dave Smith and the man-child Michael Malice like to repeat (because they're trying to build up that space so they can sell out even more than they already have) and Rogan is happy to parrot this idiotic fantasy that you're not being lied to if you're on the Internet.

Then Rogan offers Theo some coffee and then launches into a long ass ad about Black Rifle Coffee (an obviously foreign controlled organization pretending to be pro-America that is actually anti-gun with its money rather than it's dumb t-shirts) and coffee history and irrelevancies, and then Theo tries to bring it back to real discussion by bringing up the courageous Candace Owens and Joe immediately rolls right into cracking wise about Theo using notes and then goes into ANOTHER ad campaign about "Alpha Brain."  This goes on until 28:00 or so and then fades into silence about the serious topics Theo brought up.

Joe Rogan is an anti-America asset.  That was clear after his three million references to how he had "F you money" and couldn't be controlled by the Woke (Israel) and saying people shouldn't apologize and then, once they got on him, he started repeating their nonsense and apologizing and then parroted their nonsense by saying that people of a certain color should not be able to say things, becoming the racist they accused him of being.

Rogan is not on the side of Americans.  He's a sophisticated enemy of the United States.

The other branches should give SSgt Holtzclaw a recruiting award since his Desperate Housewives level of rant likely drove up the number of potential airmen into the arms of the other services.  After all, according to the official Air Force recruiting Facebook page, airmen should be happy to just accept whatever job they're given and not try to negotiate the best fit for themselves.  Just be happy about the "free healthcare" that is so free that you only get it in exchange for your service and potential risk to life and limb, in other words, the kind of healthcare that is the opposite of free.

Glad he took his post down but I'm amazed he put it up in the first place and kept it up so long despite the righteous backlash it engendered.  Perhaps somebody with some common sense above him took it down.

The service might also need to take a look at the requirements for the Levitow Award.

I don't know if they do, these two obvious sus accounts might do it for free.  But this thread about bought-and-paid-for propagandist, Coleman Hughes, seems like it's worth at least .69 cents.  Hughes got crushed during this interview by Dave Smith because Dave is interested in facts and Hughes is interested in propaganda on behalf of a terrorist nation that is hostile to the United States.

Dave Smith is the guy that really angered Zionists toward Charlie Kirk, when Kirk allowed Dave Smith to crush another Coleman Hughes clone during a TPUSA debate.

It's not a conspiracy theory that hostile foreign actors use accounts on social media, like the Digital Clown Show, to express propaganda to an American audience.  So when you see stupid posts like these that attempt to benefit the greatest foreign enemy of the United States, realize that enemy pays people to post idiotic shit just like these two do.

Hang in There Service Members Being Targeted for Speech

I don't know how credible the claims are in the video above, but I have certainly seen a huge crack down on the free speech rights of American service members.  Morons, which are plentiful in our nation and in our ranks, along with bots pretending to be morons for propaganda purposes, are busy stating idiotic and untrue things like "when you sign up for the military you sign away your rights" and "we defend democracy, we don't practice it."  There is an intense propaganda effort and political effort, on behalf of a hostile terrorist foreign nation, to roll back our constitutional rights.  The situation is dire.

To those in the service faithfully defending the Constitution in accordance with your oath by practicing your First Amendment right to speak out about the many wrongs in our nation, you're doing the right thing.  That doesn't mean things will "work out."  Public service isn't about a story book ending.  We fight when we have to fight, we give up our lives in that pursuit, we don't simply fight when we think we can survive.

Keep your heads up, don't worry about the results, keep speaking to defend your nation from the domestic enemies who run this government on behalf of foreign enemies.  Remain peaceful because violence is what they want and it will not advance the cause of liberty.  Don't let the bleak outlook get you down or dissuade you.  America is lost, but your self esteem and pride is not, so don't sacrifice your honor just because the reality is that our our nation has been sacrificed.

It doesn't matter that your peers don't agree with you, or the citizens of this nation.  It's not about them.  It's about your oath and your country.  A country that is lost and that most of your peers have never known, a country that has been conquered by a terrorist foreign nation.  But you don't have to be conquered.  So hang in there.

Foreign Puppet, Donald Trump, Commits Literal Treason

 

Declaring war on Americans and using the machinery of war and the tactics of war, and authorizing full force rather than the due process for alleged crimes, against them is the literal definition of treason.

Article Three, Section Three of our Constitution states:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

Donald Trump joins Barack Obama as a literal traitor to our nation, using our military to wage war against us, denying American citizens their right to due process.  His foreign masters love the work he's doing for them to assist them in the further conquering of our nation to further their foreign agenda.

Antifa nut jobs are a real threat.  They are dangerous and most of them are mentally ill.  I have had very real fights with them in ways most Americans have not, and I detest them.  They do great harm to our nation.  But they are Americans, they have freedom of speech, they have freedom to protest and when they break the law with their action, they enjoy due process rights in our criminal system.  They are not to be treated as "terrorists" and an enemy in a "war" where our military uses "Full Force" against them.  Not in a free nation.

Secretary of the Air Force, Troy E. Meink, Violates New Air Force Social Media Policy!

First Amendment violations aside, the stupidity of Meink's memorandum, dated 16 Sep 26, is hard to overstate.  But, of course, I wanted to do my duty and join the throngs of un-Americans serving up service members they don't agree with to the SecAF over social media opinions.  So I took to the Internet to see if I could find somebody violating his memo.

His memo states that "social media posts...that advocate for or condone violence in any manner...will be dealt with immediately."

It didn't take long to find a violation. I found one such social media post made just two days after this new guidance was issued.  I'm looking forward to him dealing with it immediately!

What a fucking moron....is also an example of speech under fire and threat of punishment in this brain surgeon's memo, which states that "offensive" or "inappropriate" language on social media will also be "dealt with."

Now I'm just waiting for Starbucks to follow the lead of this brainiac and issue its own guidance to employees preventing them from advocating or condoning coffee.
