I am floored this question has been asked.  But it's just a question.  Like an electrical engineer might ask "what is AC power?" or how a chef might ask, "what is a knife?"  Or how an oath breaker might ask how a military officer thinks they should be questioning whether orders are constitutional or not.  Sure, it shows that the person asking is a complete moron who has no business in their profession, but at the end of the day it's just a question.

Yes, we take an oath to the Constitution because we have zero ability or expectation to know it and to abide by it.  That's why the Constitution itself requires we take an oath to the Constitution, because unless we're lawyers, we have no obligation to understand it and abide by it.  All that training about an obligation to refuse unlawful orders?  Oh, that's all just nonsense.  Taxpayer footing the bill for four years of college education for military officers?  Well, that's not enough education to follow instructions, it's so very difficult stuff!  We need the "experts" to tell us what it says.  So, if you're ordered to go into Wal-Mart and shoot everybody wearing a blue hat, you do it, unless you're a lawyer because you can't know the law, obviously.

Sua Stupidity is beyond an idiot.  Truly, astonishingly, absolutely a moron of epic proportions.  Which is to be expected from an enlisted guy who was court martialed in the Air Force and discharged with an other than honorable status.  But he's here to explain the law to military officers and what their obligations to it are, even though he was given the boot for being unable to comply with the law and control his sexual inclinations.

Sua Stupidity is only outdone by this foreign propagandist who tells us the Framers didn't think Congress could handle the time sensitive nature of going to war with Iran because, well, Iran was only about a lifetime away for them across the ocean.  But Lord Fuckwad is absolutely wrong in his patently false assertion.  The Constitution doesn't give a shit about time sensitivity and it did not give the power to the President to do war shit whenever he personally thinks its urgent.  Article 1 gives power to Congress to declare war, and Article 2 gives commander and chief power to the POTUS to execute wars directed by Congress.  That's it.

Fortunately the Framers also gave Congress the power to make all laws necessary and proper for bringing into execution all powers given to any part of the federal government.  So when technology flattened the earth, Congress did think about the time sensitivity aspect and they passed the War Powers Resolution.  And in Section 1541(c) of that law, it allows the President to conduct war for up to sixty days without pre-approval from Congress if, and only if, done in response to an attack on the United States or its military.  It then allows the POTUS to extend that to ninety days if an attack on the United States has prevented Congress from being able to meet.

The war in Iran is unlawful.  It's obvious.  And it is absolutely the duty and obligation of professional military officers to know the Constitution and to limit their actions according to it.  That doesn't change because puppet number one representing THE LEFT and puppet number two representing THE RIGHT are on the job trying to convince service members that their oaths to the Constitution don't mean shit.  Similar to how Ghislaine Maxwell was an active Reddit moderator, these people who hate America know the Internet is key to destroying our nation one post at a time from the inside, like the parasites that they are.

But then some are just morons who somehow, despite a college education, think that America was founded such that the best perk of being elected President was having your own private army to use however you want, Congress be damned, debate be damned, clear text to the contrary in the Constitution be damned.  It's no wonder our military does so poorly when even one military officer can be this completely wrong about a basic of his profession and so completely ignorant of the nation he defrauds one LES at a time which is the just the "new modern way" of being a military officer:

So he claims the War Powers Resolution gives the POTUS ninety days to "do what thou wilt."  The only problem?  That's not what the War Powers Resolution states.  Instead, it says Congress must declare or authorize war unless the United States or its military is attacked, in which case the POTUS can act unilaterally for up to sixty days and can extend that to ninety days only if the attack on the United States prevents Congress from physically meeting.  Super simple stuff for those who care to read the law, but this foreign operative isn't interested in educating officers on the law, he's interested in getting them to abandon it in order to support a hostile foreign nation's agenda.  Much like his leftist twin, Sua Stupidity, the Air Force jailed and charged this clown for lack of character and not being able to follow laws, so I suppose it's not shocking he'd be here trying to get other military officers to behave similarly.  A guy who can't even be faithful to his wife doesn't have what it takes to be to faithful to his country.  I bet I know who has picked up his check in his civilian life...

The oath of office applies to officers who are below the rank of General.  That, you might recall, is one of those things pointed out to you in the service.  Just because you couldn't hack the standard doesn't mean there is no standard.  Just like not cheating on your wife, by banging enlisted members you are charged with leading, is one of those military rules that doesn't only apply to flag officers.

Oh, and an order to conduct an unlawful campaign is what we in the business call "an illegal order."  Bank robbery is illegal.  Therefore an order to commit bank robbery is also illegal.  This isn't difficult for those whose moral compass and character isn't Code 3.

The rest of us should decline the recommendation of the disgraced to forgo the word of our law and to instead trust the likes of Sua Stupidity and Lord FuckWad, who both were unable to comply with the law because of their inability to control their sexual inclinations.  The Epstein Class in Camo may try to convince you they are the experts these days, but they are not, despite the fact their lack of character is so greatly modeled by those in the upper echelons of our government.

The Worst President in American History to Send More Americans to Slaughter

It looks like the Pedo-in-Chief is going to launch some version of a ground invasion after having destroyed America's ability to project power in the Middle East.  Not content with the destruction of American technology, or the collapse of America's credibility and not satisfied with the under reported number of flag-draped caskets, Trump is poised to greatly extend the toll of his unlawful war while he plays word games like a five year old, "they get mad when you call it a war so I'll call it a military operation."

Move over Obama, there is a new worst president now.

And what happens after thousands of Americans die during this idiotic plan?  Does the Pedo-in-Chief think Americans will suddenly support the unlawful war he didn't consult them on?  Or are his masters in Israel betting on the inevitable American POWs (which the propaganda outlets will call "hostages") being the rallying cry that traps America in their scheme to expand their power and territory in the region at the expense of more Americans lives and money?

Is this not concerning for Trump, or does he just not care so long as he and his friends can make some insider trading bets and continue to expand their portfolios?  Perhaps it's simpler than that.  He knows if he doesn't do as his foreign masters command, that he will join Charlie Kirk except without the fan base.  Whatever the reason for the traitor-POTUS' absolute inability to serve the interests of America, any ground invasion will be catastrophic for America and it's not even difficult to forecast; it won't be done in "months" but rather will mean another two decades or more for no advantage to America, and it will mean Vietnam level American casualties along with a global depression.

It seems to me the global depression is what is really desired.  It will allow the Epstein Class to completely re-shape the world into a technocratic feudal-surveillance state that will make Brave New World and 1984 look like utopian novels.  Donald Trump isn't incompetent.  He's purposefully trying to destroy the United States of America for those who own him.

A ground action will prove that Trump is uninterested in taking an off ramp.  It will show that American intelligence and military communities have no ability to advise a President who is captured and owned by Israel.  As such, we can expect far more escalation and American losses at the command of that hostile foreign enemy.

The Founders tried to keep such a thing from happening by giving the power to declare war to Congress, to other politicians who at least might forego their checks from a hostile foreign power to think about their political careers, but instead we have an old man who in his last years is content to hold our military hostage and trade their lives for increased financial gain for his family and friends.

The goal may be much darker than that, however, as we move headlong into a world where AI reduces the value of human life.  When people are no longer required to work for the oligarchs they don't just become useless, they become liabilities when millions of people can no longer feed themselves.  Trump was the president when the lab-created American funded virus was unleashed upon the world and ticked down the world population.  It wouldn't surprise me if Iran becomes a meat grinder to serve a similar purpose.  When you want to re-shape the world in a big way, war is almost always a part of the calculation.

Of course all service members who comply with these unlawful orders are complicit, so they have a hand in their own demise.  The American taxpayers who will increasingly live in poverty as a result of these foolish actions do not.

Israel Immediately Mocks Trump - Tells Trump to Pound Sand

Whether it's his usual market manipulation or his usual lying to save face, the Pedo-in-Chief has walked back his 48 hour threat to commit war crimes that would lead to a global depression and has extended his threat by a week.  Immediately his masters tweeted that they were going to be starting a new wave of air strikes.  The tweet's timing and the fact that nobody was under the impression that Israel would suddenly stop striking targets and therefore doesn't need to announce them, provides all the context that is needed.  It was clearly a message letting their agent, Donald Trump, know that they would yet again undo any attempts to de-escalate the unlawful and America-damaging war on Iran.

So now the question Iran will have to ask is whether they believe Trump is trying, and Israel is going against his wishes, or if this is just another attempt to split the baby in the realm of public relations with Trump giving his blessing behind the scenes (as if his blessing is needed given that he's not in control).

If Iran decides the latter, then global depression is on the menu since Israel would love to see its enemies financially weakened (the Arab States and the United States).

What is absolutely required to avoid this calamity from increasing a thousand-fold, is for the United States to cut all ties with Israel.  Stop funding them, remove the embassy from Israel, and tear up any treaties.  Only then will Iran be convinced that Israel's actions are unilateral.

Then wait for the attacks on the United States from Israel and start purging this enemy's influence from America.  It will be a real war as it was in 1776 when Americans were last occupied by a foreign enemy.

For those trying to chart the future, just know that unless America cuts off Israel (not simply the Pedo-in-Chief posting "oh, dang it, I'm so mad at you Israel!") you can be assured that nothing Trumps says matters, it is not to be taken seriously, he is not driving the ship, and there will be no de-escalation.  Just poverty for most Americans and American body bags.  The exact opposite of what people voted for.

I thought Tulsi Gabbard made her lack of character pretty clear over the course of her career.  She was for banning AR-15s and then suddenly had an epiphany on the campaign trail about the Second Amendment.  Sadly, her time in the military didn't spark that same light bulb when it came to the Article One power to declare war being a power of Congress, and somehow she failed to read the clear text of the War Powers Resolution which contradicts her misguided understanding that the POTUS can decide unilaterally to go to war if he conjures up an "imminent threat."  That's not the standard.  That's not our law.

Israel's Looming Attack on the United States Will Rescue the TSA/DHS Budget

Stop Thinking our Illegitimate Judiciary Will Fix Things

The third branch of government will not fix the tyranny of our nation, they are a part of it.  They are federal politicians in dresses, coming from elite backgrounds and circles where the worst people imaginable making headlines today spring and go to work destroying our nation.  They only are seen as credible by the naive because of the intense propaganda of pomp that exists to make them seem above the fray.  They are not above the fray or out of reach of the corruption.  And like the two other branches of our federal government, they do not work for the American people.  The examples making this clear are innumerable, but one recent decision stands out.

In this decision, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the Fourth Amendment's protection of our homes from unreasonable searches and seizures and the warrant requirement, could simply be brushed aside if armed government agents with guns simply claim to be concerned about your, drum roll please, "safety" while you are inside your home.

Consider that this is the same Supreme Court that ruled police have no duty to protect you.  If a police officer sees you being stabbed to death on a bus, according to the Supreme Court, police have zero legal duty to protect you.

However, they have now also ruled that police encountering a locked home with no probable cause for a crime, let alone a warrant to enter, can simply bust in your door and enter so long as they claim they are concerned about your safety.  Similar to their fascist ruling in Mimms where an armored cop with multiple weapons who pulls you over for a claimed traffic violation can order your unarmed flip-flop wearing self out of your vehicle and handcuff you for the officer's "safety" while he investigates why your taillight is out.

When the court writes "safety" it really means tyranny.

Our court system is not your friend.  It does not care about the Constitution and it exists only to apply laws against you, not to uphold the law to defend your rights.

Just a Reminder, the Draft is Unconstitutional, Even When Done for an Unlawful War

Rumors that our foreign-owned puppet government is considering reinstating the draft in its efforts to murder and steal in its illegal war on behalf of the foreign enemy that controls our puppets through blackmail and pedophilia.

Even if the Epstein War were lawful, which it is most assuredly not, the military draft is itself unconstitutional.

It doesn't matter how government courts have ruled.  The law is the law and the Thirteenth Amendment is the supreme law of the land and states:

I would recommend Americans with any fighting spirit refuse to go die.  It's not that the foreign government that owns our puppet politicians wants you to fight for them.  It wants you to die for them.  They have further designs on the United States and they don't want it populated with Americans willing to fight.

Violating your oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States by engaging in an unconstitutional war directed by a President who has overstepped his lawful bounds and who has no concern for the will of the American people nor the authorization of Congress which is charged with the power to declare war.

Failing in your duty to refuse unlawful orders.

Failing all of this before the Americans who pay you, while also murdering innocents in another country.

Failing all of this in an action that will result in making America less safe and more poor, and perhaps utterly destroy it and the world.

Failing all of this because you were unlawfully ordered to by a President who is a puppet of a hostile foreign nation that has repeatedly attacked the United States, murdered the sailors on the USS Liberty, spies in the White House, staffed the White House, murdered American journalists, and which conducts the most heinous actions against others.

Failing all of this because that foreign nation controls President Trump because he is a pedophile and compromised, something you know, because it's too obvious to be denied, yet you didn't care.

Israel's Literal Conquering of the United States Nearing Completion

It's already undeniable that Israel has literally conquered the United States.  The White House administration are all puppets of Israel.  Israel owns the Congress and it owns both political parties.  We have a Congressman who is a citizen of Israel and wears his IDF uniform while in Congress.  We have multiple congressmen saying that their loyalty is to "Israel first."

While America would use an EC-130 or other platforms to broadcast American propaganda into puppet nations, Israel has simply purchased America's media while it funds many in the so-called "alternative media" to blast its propaganda.  Israel has been extracting resources from America for many decades, leaving the American people with a staggering national debt that will collapse it in our lifetimes, sooner rather than later.  What comes next for America, while Israel expands its world conquest agenda?

And now the founding documents of the United States have inexplicably been removed from the nuclear-bomb proof shelter in the National Archives and been put on a plane reportedly to travel around the nation, during a time of unlawful, unconstitutional, and unapproved war with Iran (but war nonetheless waged by a pedophile traitor named Donald Trump on behalf of his foreign owners) with false flags from Israel in the forecast, for the alleged purpose of displaying those sacred documents in various cities.  Never before would anybody think to risk those documents in such a way, exposing them to aircraft malfunctions or theft, and certainly not at a time when attacks on the United States are anticipated.  So why is this being done?  They say it's because some people can't travel to DC, but why can't they?  And who are these throngs of poor people who really want to put their eyes on the documents that founded our nation?  Why do this when there is heightened risk to air travelers and risks of attack in our nation?  Why would a government that has long ignored the Constitution, and especially this current foreign-owned administration, want to risk these documents in order to show poor people in various cities who are unable to travel to DC and who have such an urge that isn't associated with a half time Super Bowl show?

The real reason this is being done is because when those documents are "accidentally" destroyed or are stolen, it will serve as a powerful signal to the American people that their nation and form of government is over.  That's why it is being done.  

In fact, almost certainly, what will happen is that jet will be blown up with the documents onboard, and it will be Israel that does it, while they blame Iran.  Mark my words.  Then they can tie it into the DHS/TSA didn't get enough funding narrative and expand the police state.  My guess is the attack(s) will involve hundreds or thousands of relatively small drones.

It's not hyperbole to say that Israel has conquered the United States.  It is reality.  Israel sees America as an enemy to be used against others enemies, and the whole world is the enemy as far as Israel is concerned.  Right now it is having its various enemies attack each other.  And Israel absolutely detests the people of America despite its propaganda to cover its theft and murder of Americans.  As the surveillance cameras from Israeli companies and the AI from Israel-owned companies like Palantir and Oracle continue to build the American control grid (the same cameras that were used to murder the Ayatollah in Iran) and as the mask is dropped on what has occurred in America, people will see massive suffering from a new overt master, mask dropped, that sees them as less than human.  All that suffering and innocent people dying in Iran is going to be our future here at home, and at the hands of the very same people.

Military members should refuse orders to strike Iran.

Not because striking Iran would be done at the behest of the greatest foreign enemy of the United States, the state of Israel, which owns our puppet government through blackmail and intimidation.  Not because the action is done to advance the agenda of that foreign enemy, Israel, at the cost of American lives and treasure which our occupiers of course care nothing about, having murdered Americans themselves directly with the USS Liberty and more than likely had a hand in the attack on the Twin Towers.  Not because Americans will suffer and die in much greater numbers than they are used to.  It's not even because the United States is the terrorist nation waging a war of aggression, much like Germany in the 1940s, upon a sovereign nation.  It's not even, believe it or not, that this idiotic action risks World War III with Iran aligned with China and Russia.  Those are reasons why the United States should not make war on Iran, but those are not reasons why military members should refuse orders to invade Iran.  We are not in the business of carrying out the will of the American people only when it makes sense and is a good idea.

No, the reason military members should refuse orders to strike Iran is because such an action is not the will of the American people, and violates the Constitution of the United States.  Just like previous strikes against Iran, any future strikes will be unlawful.  Congress did not authorize this action, it has not been debated, and Americans do not support this action from this incredibly unpopular puppet President who seeks a distraction from his extraordinary and wholesale coverup and pampering of the foreign pedophiles who own him and much of our government.

Unfortunately, I expect Israel will not be dissuaded and it will want to capitalize on the firm grasp it has on President Trump, both pretend political parties, and on all of our public and private centers of gravity.  It's not just traitors like Donald Trump and Lindsey Graham who are puppets of our foreign enemy, Israel, it's the entire system.  But the demographics are changing in America and people are waking up so Israel will not waste this opportunity to again advance their criminal agenda at the mere cost of American lives and prosperity.

Americans should be ready to suffer even further.  Our government does not work for us so our will has absolutely zero bearing on its actions.  And we cannot expect anybody in our military to refuse clearly unlawful and America-damaging orders.  If my twenty-year military career taught me anything, it's that our military officers are absolutely unfit for service and do not have the character to uphold their oaths of office and our supreme law.  So get ready for the massive fallout that will come from yet another epically stupid "American" decision made on order of the foreign nation that uses us like the disposable diaper that our nation has become.  If a real war kicks off, we can expect attacks on our homeland with some being waged by Israel as necessary to advance the police state and tyranny that has been steadily built here over the years.  Digital surveillance, disarmament, digital money, all of it will be unleashed upon the American people in the name of "war time."  Trump's unconstitutional pursuit of so-called anti-semitism policies which obfuscate their actual purpose, to punish those who criticize the terrorist nation that occupies us, will likely lead to DHS targeting Americans for their speech in more brutal ways than Ron DeSantis and various university presidents have done so far.  And that would give them some residents for the rash of new DHS prison camps we are told are being built for illegal immigrants, despite Trump's lackluster efforts against illegals while his stormtroopers seem much more occupied with American citizens.  Either way, Americans, of course, can expect more poverty for themselves and their grandchildren and their great grandchildren as a result.  That's the best case scenario anyway.

The Tyranny is Here

This government now murders innocent Americans in the streets routinely.  It lies about doing so claiming threats that were not there, alleging actions that did not happen.  And despite it being on video in plain view, the many traitors to this nation cheer it on, too stupid to understand they're not on the same "side" as the tyrants.

The foreign owners of our government are accelerating their attempts to create a violent situation so they can roll out their next agenda.  They are hoping that murdering Americans in broad daylight will lead to an excuse to impose digital currency and to expand their attacks against Americans across the nation while unveiling their new toys like drones, mandatory kill switches in private vehicles, Palantir databases, digital ID requirements to access the Internet and such.  In short, total and absolute control of the American population by a lawless government working for a foreign government that has conquered it.

This is legitimate tyranny.  And few in America care.  Why would they, football is on.

It's not just Trump.  It's far greater than him, he's just a servant to his masters.  And these masters are the ones who orchestrated the most amazing psychological shaping operation over the past couple decades making good on Obama getting rid of the prohibition on our government propagandizing Americans.  They crafted the narrative of Trump as a victim of government persecution by the Deep State.  They artfully presented the Russia Hoax so that any claim that Trump was a foreign puppet would be dismissed without thought.  Of course Trump is a foreign puppet, just not of Russia.  They also shaped the information war by ensuring that all claims that Trump was an authoritarian would be dismissed as they had their puppets on the left calling Trump a Nazi and a racist and Hitler and lying about his statements such as they did with the Very Fine People Hoax.  But the reality is Trump is an authoritarian.  He is a foreign-owned authoritarian.  But that argument has been defeated in the minds of so many American slaves by the previous "side."  If you bring up that Trump does something bad, the immediate red herring justification by brainwashed Americans is "but Joe Biden did...."

What is the most frightening is that this level of effort was not done just to get a politician elected in a rigged American system.  It was done to mind fuck Americans into support and cheering actions.  Trump is going to put the final nail in the coffin of America.  The puppeteers didn't put that much time and effort, while sacrificing the credibility of all the three letter agencies, to not get an outsized result from their evil investment.

It will be wholly unrecognizable as the United States before his term is up.  America is over.  We can expect black bagging, more targeted murders by the government, and there is nothing that can be done about it.  All the technological tools that government is sending our inflation-ridden tax dollars to support all have one purpose -- to ensure tyranny can be meted out at the individual level with precision.  So while it's innocent protestors being murdered right now, soon it will be people disappearing for making a social media post criticizing their lawless government (like they do in the United Kingdom).  Remember how technology was used to go after J6'rs for the crime of exercising their right to protest?  Think of that much more efficiently conducted and much more ruthlessly.  And to all the chest-thumping morons who think Red Dawn is a playbook, I'm sorry to inform you that the Second Amendment is useless, violence will only accelerate the inevitable, and the only thing that remains is to wait for our turn on the train.  Our future is indeed a nightmare.

And the worthless fascists and traitors to their nation over on FlyingSquadron.Com, many who I know personally, are as expected making their values clear.  ClearedHot, M2, the usuals with some rare minority sanity from a couple of people.  Their message is that if you do ANYTHING that government doesn't want you to do (film, protest, simply be at a protest, or exercise your God-given constitutional rights) then you deserve to be executed on the streets.  Just look at the comments.  I've been warning about these fascists within our ranks for years, and they've made it abundantly clear with the latest tyranny.

These are the people who you pay, who will then kill you and your family if ordered to, and will celebrate if somebody else does it.  This is literally Third Reich behavior.  These people are the enemy of the United State of America that I have for so long told you they were.
